These diagrams represent all planetary systems detected through radial velocity observations that are known to contain three or more planets. Systems are ordered by increasing mass of the host star. The sizes of the icons indicate the relative masses (but not the relative diameters) of system components. Because stars are much heavier than planets, planetary masses are shown at a larger scale than stellar masses.

For more information on the systems summarized on this page, see the main discussion of Multiple-Planet Systems and the table of Characteristics of Multi-Planet Systems. For a larger-scale diagram of some of the inner systems of lower-mass stars, see Packed Orbits. See also the comparative diagram Planets of Red Stars.

For more information on the relative masses and diameters of nearby stars, see Comparative Sizes of Nearby Stars. For more information on the relative masses and diameters of planets, see Planets by Mass: Powers of 10.
